To maintain optimal procurement processes and reliable supply chains, we are seeking a diligent buyer (m/f/d) for a full-time or part-time permanent position at our Nußdorf location.

Your Responsibilities:

Order and Delivery Management: Handle order requests, track orders and delivery times, and negotiate optimal terms with suppliers.

Import and Logistics Processes: Ensure compliance with import regulations, manage import procedures, and coordinate logistics.

Customs Management: Oversee and execute customs corrections, ensuring smooth customs processes.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality management rules, support new purchasing strategies, analyze market trends, and improve procurement decisions.

Relationship Management: Maintain global customer data and supplier relationships, monitor supply chains, and provide remote support.

Your Expertise:

Education: Degree in procurement management, commercial training, or equivalent.

Experience: Advantageous to have experience in purchasing, import processing, strategic procurement, and import management.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in ERP systems being beneficial. Strong German and English language skills are required.

Work Style: Structured, conscientious, and proactive approach, with flexibility and excellent communication skills.
