To maintain this high standard of planning and remain a market leader, we are looking for a Product Planner (m/f/d) to join our team in Dachau on a full-time, permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

Work Preparation and Production Planning: You will create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and work plans to ensure smooth production. You will schedule customer orders proactively and use system-based material planning to ensure that required raw materials, such as tungsten powder, are available on time.

Capacity and Scheduling Management: You will plan machine utilisation in multi-shift operations to optimise production capacities. Monitoring specified deadlines, you will ensure that all manufacturing orders are completed on schedule. If necessary, you will optimise processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.

Technical Clarification and Cost Calculation: You will calculate production costs for customer orders and assess the technical feasibility of specifications. When procuring semi-finished parts, you will clarify all relevant technical data and create new article numbers in the system.

Communication and Interface Management: You will work closely with the sales, purchasing, and production teams to ensure a seamless flow of information. Additionally, you will liaise directly with our customers to resolve technical queries and coordinate internal business processes between different departments or locations within Wolfram Industrie.

To ensure our production processes run smoothly and all customer orders are completed on time, we rely on your organisational skills, technical expertise, and structured working approach. We look forward to your strengths in the following areas:

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by further qualifications such as a technician (state-certified) or a REFA qualification.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and experience in work preparation or production planning.

Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong English skills, both written and spoken.

A meticulous and independent work style, with the ability to maintain an overview even in complex processes.

A team player with excellent communication skills, who collaborates effectively across departments and contributes innovative ideas to optimise production processes.
