To keep it that way, our production teams in Nußdorf are looking to train a CNC Machinist / Precision Machining Technician (m/f/d) starting September 1, 2026.
What you’ll learn with us:
How to set up CNC turning and milling machines and use them to produce precision parts.
How to correctly read technical drawings and CAD models, and how to create programs yourself.
What you can achieve with machining techniques such as turning, milling, grinding, and drilling on metal workpieces.
How to operate, maintain, and service the machines, and monitor all process workflows.

What you bring:
A secondary school certificate (Realschule or good Mittelschule qualification).
Manual dexterity and a passion for precision work.
A strong sense of spatial awareness.
A broad understanding of the production standards demanded by international companies such as SpaceX from the USA and Rolls-Royce from the UK.
Your willingness to commute to our second location (Nußdorf or Dachau) for a few days to get to know the manufacturing machines used for further metalworking processes.

The Onboarding Programme at Wolfram Industrie
You will get to know our company from A for order (Auftrag) to Z for cutting (Zuschnitt).
For your 3.5-year dual training programme, we will support you in finding the right vocational school and provide you with a comprehensive overview of your school block options.
You will receive continuous support throughout your entire apprenticeship, with a dedicated contact person as well as multiple points of contact for your questions across the various departments.
We give our apprentices a genuine sense of belonging and collaboration. With dedicated communication channels and innovation days for our trainees, this works seamlessly across multiple locations.
What you can expect from us
The apprenticeship salary ranges from €11,000 to €13,000 gross per year depending on the year of training. In addition, you will receive Christmas and holiday bonuses as well as a travel allowance.

Your career perspective
You will become a skilled worker in the metalworking industry.
