Your area of responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Order processing:<\/strong> You will independently carry out production orders, executing all processing steps precisely in accordance with the specifications.<\/p>\n

Machine operation:<\/strong> You will set up and operate cylindrical grinding machines, rotary swaging machines and synchronized systems to shape workpieces to the required form.<\/p>\n

Process control:<\/strong> You will monitor parameters such as diameter and temperature, make necessary adjustments independently, and ensure compliance with the defined \u00a0specifications.<\/p>\n

Maintenance:<\/strong> You will change process tools independently and perform routine maintenance and minor repair tasks.<\/p>\n

Quality control:<\/strong> You will use testing and measuring equipment to verify the dimensional accuracy of the tungsten rods.<\/p>\n

Working environment:<\/strong> You will be working in a demanding environment where factors such as noise, dust and temperature may impact your tasks.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n <\/article>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

Your expertise<\/h2>\n

We rely on your technical understanding and your precise handling of materials to produce workpieces with exact dimensions<\/strong> and a consistently high surface quality. We are particularly looking for the following strengths:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Completed vocational training<\/strong> in a metalworking or comparable profession.<\/p>\n

Practical experience in metalworking<\/strong> and a good instinct for materials.
\nA careful, independent approach to work with a strong focus on quality.<\/p>\n

Team spirit <\/strong>and interpersonal skills<\/strong> for effective collaboration.<\/p>\n

Confident command of written and spoken German<\/strong> (minimum level B1\/B2).<\/p>\n

Willingness to work in shifts and to take on scheduled stand-in duties across different machines in the hammering department.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n <\/article>\n <\/section>\n\n\n
