We have developed the ALUSTAR\u00ae TFT to meet these requirements. The thermally formed tip allows the electrode to be used immediately without any additional preparation. The precision made hemispheric tip (calotte) forms the ideal arc for flawless precision work.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to laser engraving, we avoid possible contamination during welding, which happens with classic colour coding. Without painting, the electrode always retains its nominal diameter and can be easily inserted into any clamping system. This ensures that it remains labelled and traceable throughout its entire service life.<\/p>\n<h2>Prepared for customised welding &#8211; stay in control with ALUSTAR\u00ae PRO<\/h2>\n<p>If you want to retain control over tip preparation, opt for our ALUSTAR\u00ae PRO. Its conically ground tip provides a solid starting point for welders for the easy and fast preparation of the hemispheric tip. Once the hemispheric tip is formed, it provides consistent and predicatble performance throughout the welding process thanks to the stable arc.
