Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Order and Delivery Management:<\/strong> Handle order requests, track orders and delivery times, and negotiate optimal terms with suppliers.<\/p>\n

Import and Logistics Processes:<\/strong> Ensure compliance with import regulations, manage import procedures, and coordinate logistics.<\/p>\n

Customs Management:<\/strong> Oversee and execute customs corrections, ensuring smooth customs processes.<\/p>\n

Quality Assurance:<\/strong> Implement quality management rules, support new purchasing strategies, analyze market trends, and improve procurement decisions.<\/p>\n

Relationship Management:<\/strong> Maintain global customer data and supplier relationships, monitor supply chains, and provide remote support.<\/p>\n

Your Expertise:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Education:<\/strong> Degree in procurement management, commercial training, or equivalent.<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/strong> Advantageous to have experience in purchasing, import processing, strategic procurement, and import management.<\/p>\n

Skills:<\/strong> Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in ERP systems being beneficial. Strong German and English language skills are required.<\/p>\n

Work Style:<\/strong> Structured, conscientious, and proactive approach, with flexibility and excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n <\/article>\n <\/section>\n\n\n
