Tasks required:<\/h2>\n

  • Self-directed and punctual processing of production orders on our CNC-controlled turning, milling and grinding machines according to specifications<\/li>\n
  • Programming activity (creating simple and complex programmes according to drawings)<\/li>\n
  • Independently selecting and installing chips, grinding wheels and tools (e.g. milling cutters, cutter heads, peeling heads, turning chisels etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Turning, milling, grinding of parts of different geometries<\/li>\n
  • Checking the parts and consulting supervisors if any anomalies arise<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring and changing wear parts according to specifications<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning parts in line with specifications<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning and maintaining the plant and machinery<\/li>\n
  • Carrying out the prescribed operator maintenance work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n <\/article>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

    • At least 3 years of professional experience in machining with CNC-controlled machines as well as their programming are mandatory<\/li>\n
    • Abstract thinking in multi-layered manufacturing structures<\/li>\n
    • A quality-first approach<\/li>\n
    • Exceptional organisational and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to contribute new ideas<\/li>\n
    • Proficient German<\/li>\n
